Tummy Ease Tea
with Organic Fennel & Chamomile

The ingredients are the product:
foeniculum vulgare* (fennel) seed, matricaria chamomilla* (chamomile) flower, melissa officinalis* (lemon balm), mentha piperita* (peppermint) leaf
For the nursing mom: 1 tsp of tea per cup with 100°C water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups daily. For bottle-fed baby: 1-2 droppers full or 1/2 teaspoon can be added to baby’s formula. Up to three times a day.
Chamomile Flower: soothing to stomach aches & colic, digestive aid, calming for stress and anxious nerves; anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and healing to skin ailments

Can babies drink herbal tea?
If your baby is 6 months and up, herbal teas can ease the pain of indigestion and other ailments that occur (ie. red clover is a great tonic for children suffering from eczema). For babies younger than 6 months, it is recommended to administer herbal teas through motherâs breast milk or added to babies formula.
